Ms Addae owns and manages multiple brands including Hi-Pointe Care Solutions, a healthcare management company that caters to medically fragile individuals in their homes; and Albryte Support Services, a residential group home service provider focused on providing a variety of supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. In 2025, she launched Albryte Behavioral Health, an outpatient mental health clinic licensed in Maryland, that offers a wide range of mental health services.

Ms. Addae serves on the executive committee of the Board of Directors for the Arc of Loudoun, a full-service non-profit organization with multiple programs and services that together provide a lifetime of opportunities for people with disabilities. She also volunteers as a wish grantor with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a nonprofit organization that creates life-changing wishes for minors with critical illnesses.

Ms. Addae holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a major in Healthcare Management and Finance She earned her Bachelors from the University of Cape Coast with a major in Economics.
